• Refinish existing terrazzo flooring (all 3 bedrooms)
• Framing- drywall- painting

Exterior Renovations:

• Replace roof- fascia- soffits
• Remove existing 30’x 30′ concrete patio w/ aluminum enclosure
• Remove large amount of over grown plants and trees
• Excavate/ install new 16’x 42′ ‘salt water’ swimming pool
• Large aluminum pool enclosure
• Pavers around pool area
• Replace all fencing
• Plant edible landscaping (several types of fruit trees, herbs, etc)
• Drip irrigation
• Pressure wash existing concrete surfaces
