Gideon and his crew at GCS completed a large home remodel for my family. The team worked tirelessly to complete the project and stay on schedule. Gideon has extremely high standards and expects the same from his crew and subcontractors. They were very knowledgeable and made every effort to complete the work in the appropriate manner and not take shortcuts. They maintained a very clean and organized work environment and were very courteous and sensitive to our needs.
Gideon and his staff were very professional, polite, and responsive. They were easy to deal with and readily accessible when needed. They maintained a strict time schedule and showed up daily as promised. Gideon was always upfront with the financial considerations and communicated the issues clearly.
In the end, my family is very satisfied with the completed work, which includes a new kitchen, bathroom, ceilings, floors, electrical, plumbing, and all the finishing touches. The house looks stunning and the reactions by friends and family has all been positive.

I hired Gideon to do a kitchen remodel along with new flooring, new baseboards, painting, and electrical work. I am very happy with the final renovations. My wife and I purchased a home in Dunedin in July of 2016. We met with Gideon and discussed what we needed done. He came across as super professional, very knowledgeable and was very fairly priced. We first had our floors done, throughout the whole house. Gideon and his workers did a great job and the work was flawless. Whenever there was a question or an issue Gideon was there to explain the situation. We also had our bathroom done that turned into a lot more work than expected. There was an underlying mold issue. A definite setback but Gideon jumped right in explained how they would remedy the problem, and he put us at ease. It was not easy and required a lot of extra work, but again Gideon disclosed everything up front and what the cost would be. There were no additional cost that had to added on and no “oh we have to do this so its going to cost x” and so on.. We were extremely satisfied with Gideon and his workers and would highly recommend them. I am a real estate agent and from experience, I know it is not always so easy to come across vendors that are not only professional but also do great work at a fair price. Gideon set the expectations for us up front and came through at every step.
