Addition w/ Interior Renovations in Palm Harbor

For this project, Golden Construction Services added two attached rooms w/ upper decks.

The complete home renovation project included the following:

• Remove existing first level tile and railing
• Frame walls to add (2) rooms with above tiled decks
• Tile & wood flooring
• Exterior tiled decks
  • Install rubber roof membrane
  • Install railing
• Custom barn doors with ‘weathered’ glaze
• Door casing- base boards- wood window sills- crown molding
• Custom exterior foam window & door casing
• Contemporary lighting
• Drywall- texture- painting (interior & exterior)
