• Convert tub to shower
• Custom glass shower enclosure
• 12x 24 tile flooring throughout
• Updated door casing- base boards- wood window sills
• Modern plumbing fixtures
• Modern electrical fixtures
• Remove dividing wall(s)   
• Remove popcorn ceilings + apply new texture
• Framing - drywall - painting
